By accessing or using FreeConvertio's tools and content (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service provides free, browser-based utilities that run on your device. No account, payment, or installation is required. Features may be added, changed, or discontinued at any time.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not: use the tools on files you have no right to use, copy, convert, or unlock — including removing passwords or restrictions from documents you do not own or are not authorized to modify; process content that infringes rights or is unlawful; attempt to disrupt the Service (denial-of-service attacks, aggressive scraping that degrades performance for others); misrepresent the Service as your own; or use calculator/converter outputs as a substitute for professional advice (see our Disclaimer). We may restrict access for users who abuse the Service.

2. Intellectual property

Your files and outputs remain yours. Processing happens in your browser — we never receive your input files, and whatever you create belongs to you (subject to the original rightsholders' rights). The site's design, text, guides, and code are owned by us or our licensors: you may use the tools for personal and commercial tasks, but may not copy or republish substantial portions of the site without permission. The tools build on open-source libraries whose respective licenses apply to those components.

3. Third-party services and advertising

The Service may display advertising served by third parties such as Google AdSense, and may link to third-party websites. We do not control third-party content or ad inventory. Advertising and cookie practices are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that conversions, calculations, or AI-assisted outputs will be error-free or suitable for any purpose — always verify critical results independently — or that the Service will be uninterrupted or bug-free. Browser capabilities vary, and very large files may exceed your device's memory.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goshbuzz Hub and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as required by applicable law.

6. Copyright complaints, changes, and contact

Because user files never pass through our servers, we do not host user content. If you believe material on our website itself infringes your rights, email support@freeconvertio.com with subject "Copyright complaint", identifying the work, the URL, and your contact details.
